Business Development and Partnerships Lead, Kasha Global, Inc.

Kiersten is the Business Development and Partnerships lead at Kasha, a last-mile distribution
platform centered on health access. She believes strongly in market driven solutions to
sustainable development and devotes her career to addressing development challenges with
innovative private sector solutions. Prior to joining Kasha, Kiersten was the COO of Kidame
Mart, Ethiopia’s largest last-mile distribution network, empowering 4,000+ female
entrepreneurs to earn incomes by selling high impact goods to over 2 million rural customers.
Kiersten has a BA from the University of Notre Dame and a Master’s Degree in Global Human
Development from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service. As a former Notre Dame
NCAA athlete, high school varsity rowing coach, and Peace Corps Volunteer, Kiersten is
passionate about team building and facilitating economic access and independence for local
communities.
